Abstract

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of omeprazole combined with mosapride for the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Method:81 cases with reflux esophagitis from Nov.2007 to Nov.2009 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both groups were given conventional treatment, such as smoke-quiting,low-fat diet, the controlling of carbohydrate and so on.Control group was given 20mg of omeprazole enteric-coated tablets, twice daily.Observation group was given 5mg of mosapride on the basis of control group, three times per day. Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.Result:The difference of two groups' total effective rates had statistical significance,P0.05.Conclusion:The combination of omeprazole and mosapride can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with reflux esophagitis. The clinical effect is obvious, which is worth learning.
