The Effect of Nurse Hierarchical Management on Severe Patients

Objective To investigate the effect of hierarchical nursing management on severe patients. Methods Clinical data of severe patients from September 2011 to august 2012, including patient satisfaction survey and nursing quality, was reviewed retrospectively. The effect of hierarchical nursing management was studied according to the statistical consequences. Results Compared to the control group, both patient satisfaction degree and passing rate of nursing quality in hierarchical nursing group had an apparently increase. The differences between this two groups were statistical significant (P0.05). Conclusions Implementation of hierarchical nursing management can improve patient satisfaction and nursing efficiency and quality, which presented an applicable effect. Therefore, it is worthy to promote hierarchical nursing management in clinical practice.
