Abstract

To develop and build the small towns is an effective way to plan the economic and social development in both urban and rural areas as a whole.Moreover,it's also a significant act to build the New Socialist County.This paper aimed at the actual regional development in Hebei province and analyses the problems that existed in the building of the small towns in Hebei province.Based on the research of the pattern of the development of the small towns,this paper probed into the building of the small characteristic towns in Hebei province beneficially.
