Abstract
Avermectin was entrapped byβ-cyclodextrin in this paper.Water mixing method, ultrasonic method and grinding method were used to prepare inclusion compound, and by DSC the formation of inclusion compound was verified.Inclusion rate of the three methods was determined by high performance liquid chromatography, and by contrast water mixing method was choosed for preparing inclusion compound.Through the single factor experiment, factors and levels of orthogonal test were determined. The orthogonal experiment results showed that the best conditions were temperature 35℃,the molecular mass feeding ratio 10∶1.0and inclusion time 8h.Under these conditions, the yield and the inclusion rate were 43.8%and 80.4%,respectively.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
