Abstract
The theory of “ocialist market economy” has been established as a scientific understanding at the cost of 100-year exploration, shaking off the misunderstanding of the traditional market economy. Deng Xiaoping regarded the establishment of socialist market economy and the goal of the reform of the economic system., thus leaping over the 100-year misunderstanding of the market economy and accomplishing an epoch-making theoretical innovation. Since then socialism has been full of vigor in the process of economic globalization in the world. Deng Xiaoping’s theory about socialist market economy has exerted a significant influence not only on China, but also on the international communist movement and the future development of the whole world as well.
