Study on quality standard of Yiqihuoxue Tablets

Abstract

Objective To establish the quality standard for Yiqihuoxue Tablets.Methods Astragali Radix,Angelicae sinensis Radix,Paeoniae Radix Rubra and Chuanxiong Rhizomain the prescription were identified by TLC.HPLC-ELSD was adopted for the quantative analysis of astragaloside A which is an effective component of the formula.Results The TLC of Astragalus Radix,Angelicae sinensis Radix,Paeoniae Radix Rubra and Chuanxiong Rhizoma showed good specificity.Astragaloside A showed good linearity over the range of 0.538-26.9μg(r=0.999 9)and the average recovery was 98.9%,RSD=1.8%(n=6).Conclusion The method can be used for the preparation quality control.
