Abstract

The thesis explores the relationship between corruption and rent-seeking in institutional economic and political terms.It discusses the changes of the mode of rent-seeking activities in transitional period,and the key position of system to anti-corruption and anti-rent-seeking.Lastly,the author points out some innorative institutional countermeasures against rent-seeking and corruption.
