On College Students’ Autonomy and College English Teaching

Abstract

The current theory of English study puts emphasis on the decisive effect of the learner during the course of study,that is,the learners’ autonomy. Based on this,the author of this paper investigates in the situation of students’ autonomy in EFL,analyzes it and thus points out the importance of learners' autonomy in college students' study and college English teaching as well.
