Abstract
Objective To investigate celecoxib’s function of inducing C 6 glioma cells apoptosis in vitro. Methods Cell apoptosis was evaluated by acridine orange(AO),electron microscope and flow cytometry(FCM). Results From AO and electron microscope we could see apoptosis number of C 6 glioma cells depending on concentration of celecoxib,FCM found apoptosis of celecoxib 50μmol/L and 12.5μmol/L group were 15.32%and 5.83%,respectively. Celecoxib could increase apoptosis in vitro,there was a dose-dependent tendency. Conclusion Celecoxib can induce apoptosis of C 6 glioma cells.
