Abstract
Objective To explore the causes and control measures of Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poisoning by under- stangding the status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poisoning from 2009 to 2012. Methods the data of Vibrio para- haemolyticus food poisoning from 2009 to 2012 were analyzed with retrospective epidemiological method. Results In 2009 ~2012, a bacterial food poisoning case number 35 cases, Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poisoning case number 11 cases, Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poisoning case number ratio is 34%. Conclusion Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poi- soning is the current food safety issues, to Vibrio parahaemolyticus bacteria with high rates of sea products from the pro- curement, storage, processing, cooking and other links to strengthen supervision, Reduce the incidence of food poisoning.
