Abstract
Objective To investigate the statue and tendency of mycoplasma infection in the region,and to analyze the in vitro sensitivity of mycoplasma to different antibiotics.Methods Mycoplasma culture and antibiotic susceptibility were carried out for secrets collected from suspiciously diagnosed patients with urinary and genital tract diseases.Results Mycoplasma infection overall showed a rising trend,and the rising amplitude was 25.34%.Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)was main pathogen in patients with mycoplasma positive,with the rate of 72.10%;Mycoplasma hominis(Mh)was less(1.16%).The mixed infection rate of Uu and Mh was 26.74%.Drug susceptibility test results showed that susceptibilities of different mycoplasma on 12 kinds of antibiotics were not identical.Conclusion Mycoplasma drug sensitivity tests help guide clinical rational use of antibiotics,and can be used as important means of non-gonococcal urethritis(NGU)prevention and control.
