Abstract

Honeysuckle was digested in a microwave digestion system and based on the method corrected by deuterium light background.HNO3 was used in the direct FAAS determination of Fe Zn Cu and Mn in the same sample solution of Honeysuckle.Optimum conditions for the determination were studied thoroughly.Under the optimum conditions, the detection limits were found to be 0.0047 μg/mL for iron,0.0032 μg/mL for zinc,0.0052 μg/mL for copper and 0.0028 μg/mL for manganese.RSDs of the method were in the range of 1.5%~3.2%,and recoveries in the range of 96.4%~103.4%.The method was applied in the determination of dram amounts of Fe Zn Cu and Mn in Honeysuckle samples with satisfactory results.
