Motivating of School-enterprise "Double Subjects" Cultivation Mode on Enterprise

Abstract

The establishment of double subjecscultivation mode of school and enterprise is favorable for sharing the resources of them.This article aims to research enterprise's lack of enthusiasm in the cooperation,and proposes motivating means to solve this phenomenon from enterprise itself,school and the nation.It also strengthens the planning of the high-skilled talents cultivation,clarifies the fundamental position of school and the subject status of enterprise in it,encouraging the school-enterprise cooperation.
