Game Analysis about Choosing of Talent Cultivation Mode in Cooperation between University and Enterprise

Talent cultivation model based on school-enterprise cooperation is one of the important ways of personnel training, and gradually becomes the booster of economic and social development and the science and technology innovation. This article uses the basic method of the game, gives a game analysis among the university, enterprise and government, and proposes the measures of the smooth implementation about talent cultivation mode on the basis of the school enterprise cooperation.
