Study on Scavenging Free Radicals about Ganoderma Lucidum Polysaccharide

Abstract

To antioxidant activity of Ganoderma Lucidum polysaccharide,reduction ability about Ganoderma Lucidum polysaccharide were determinated by the reduction method of potassium ferricyanide and the scavenging ability of free radicals about ·OH and were studied.The results showed that Ganoderma Lucidum polysaccharide have the reduction activity and the scavenging ability of free radicals,then the dose-effect relationship of the scavenging ability and polysaccharide concentration has certain positive correlation.
