Three Issues on the Construction of Ecological Civilization

Today,a relatively stable ecological relationship has been basically established between human being and environment.They generally form a relatively independent man-environment ecological system in the form of state.The construction of ecological civilization is about the following three aspects.The first is to take people and environment as a kind of man-environment ecological system to construct;the second is to construct a five level ecological civilization of the man-environment ecosystem,namely Eco-technological civilization,material-wealth civilization,institution-power civilization,Spirit-Specification civilization,and life-behavior civilization;the third is to build an ecological government,comprehensively promoting the construction of ecological civilization.
