Abstract

Western flower thrips(Frankliniella occidentalis Pergande,WFT) is an invasive insect pest of China that has become one of the most important and dangerous inscet pest in the 4 500 thrips of the world.This paper summarized the Western flower thrips host range of domestic and foreign,and described the pestcide characteristics and discussed the control measures,provided an important reference for sustainable control of Western flower thrips.
