Abstract

In terms of its entirety and basic tendency nomocracy is a special social form in the city-state era of Ancient Greece. It is a model of certain system or social organization, but also a sensible spirit and cultural consciousness. Due to philosophers' continual study and the influences of their works ancient legal ideology was hereby created. Rul- ing by law, as an exterior objective form of ancient Greek society, is a body of systems. Its legal model also provides a systematic and detailed description for Ancient Creek lgeal ideology.
