Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical application value of transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine adenomyosis.MethodTo retrospectively analyzed the ultrasonographic features of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosed as adenomyosis in 52 cases and compared the preoperative and postoperative pathological result.Result:There were 45 cases who were diagnosed adenomyosis by transvaginal ultrasound were proved after operation by pathology, and the coincidence rate was 86.5%.The other 7 cases were proved uterine leiomyoma by pathology after operation. Conclusion:The transvaginal ultrasonography has a high accuracy rate in the diagnosis of uterine adenomyosis, which is a convenient and feasible method.
