A Tentative Discussion on Shareholder Representative' s Lawsuit

When the legitimate rights and interests of the company and shareholder are encroached on,the shareholder representative's lawsuit system is an important judicial relieving right.However,the company law in our country has not made clear regulation to this,which results in a lot of problems in dire need of solution in practice.This article starts with the legal principle of the shareholder representative's lawsuit,and puts forward some suggestions on the legislation of the shareholder representative's lawsuit system based on of various countries' advanced legislation and the real situation in our country.
