Abstract
The extraction of flavonoids from sweet-scented osmanthus'flavor with ultrasonic wave was studied. On the basis of mono factor and orthogonal experimental design, the influence of several parameters on the extraction rate of total flavonoids were investigated importantly, including the kind of extracted solvent, ethanol concentration, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic extracted temperature, ultrasonic extracted time, and material/extraction solution ratio etc.And the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration 50%,ultrasonic power 60W,ultrasonic extracted temperature 50℃,material/extraction solution ratio 1∶80 and ultrasonic extracted time 30 min.Under the above optimum conditions, the total flavonoids yielded 44.04%.
