Abstract
The surface tension and viscosity of mixed molten salt KNO3-NaNO2were studied in the temperature range from190-250 ℃.The method of curve fitting was used for analyzing the results. The study shows that the surface tension of mixed molten salt KNO3-NaNO2was linearly correlative to the temperature. The viscosity was non-linearly correlative to the temperature. As the temperature rises, the surface tension and viscosity were both decreased. As the mass ratio of KNO3 rises, the surface tension was decreased while the viscosity was increased.
