This article introduced briefly the case teaching method's connotation,through to the case teaching method and the traditional teaching method's,elaborated from four aspects how in the computer foundation teaching the application case teaching method,simultane-ously also to elaborate the case teaching method several questions which should pay attention in the computer foundation teaching,had affirmed highly the case teaching the achievement which brings for the computer foundation teaching.
