On application of case-teaching method to college computer teaching

In connection with the maneuverability of college computer basic course,the case-teaching method,and advanced teaching method,is discussed.The teaching situation and existing problems in computer basic teaching for non-computer majors are analysed.On this basis,the case-teaching method is applied to the theoretical teaching in combination with teaching practice.Discussing the implementation of case teaching and illustrating some typical cases,the teaching practice has proved that application of case-teaching method can achieve a good effect to help students in developing their ability of study and innovation.
