Lozenge Block with Intra-articular Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate for the Treatment of Osteoarthritis of the Knee Clinical Evaluation

Objective:Observation of diamond-shaped block plus intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate(SH) and pure sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients.Methods:64 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee as early as mid-term patients were randomly divided into 2 groups of 32 people.Treated with 0.2% lidocaine solution diamond knee joint block,Then 2.5 mL of sodium hyaluronate injection 1 time per week,a total of 5 times.,The control group injected with sodium hyaluronate in the knee joint cavity of 2.5 mL,1 time per week,a total of 5 times.Results:5 weeks of treatment and 6 months after treatment showed that the knee function score,Two knee scores were significantly higher than those before treatment(P0.001),But the treatment group score significantly higher(P0.001);The total effective rate in treatment group 96.87%,significantly higher than 78.13%(P0.001).Conclusions:Articular injection of SH with the diamond block the treatment of knee osteoarthritis better than the clinical efficacy of injection of SH were
