A Study of the Moral Incentive Applied in the Management of Military Cadets

The educational mode of formal education with integrated training,and post-oriented education with distributive is doubtless effective.However,in the process of transformation of the training mode,there are many problems in the administration of military cadets,such as the absence of motive power and the decline of passion in study,and the inconsistency between the military cadets and their detachment leaders.In order to inspire the cadets,a lot of moral incentive measures should be taken.For instance,to inspire them with emotion,target,interest,honor,environment and so on.Then their potential will be aroused,and they will be improved and perfected day by day.Finally,the cadets' comprehensive quality and capability will be enhanced.
