The therapeutic effect of Qizhixiaozheng capsule on 90 cases of early diabetic nephropathy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qizhixiaozheng capsule on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 90 cases of early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into 2 groups.43 patients in control group were detected and controlled the blood pressure and blood sugar.While 47 in treatment group were,on the basis of control group,treated by Qizhixiaozheng capsule,4 pills each time,3 times a day.The treatment course was 2 months for both groups.To observe the changes of urine albumin excretion rate(UAER),24 hours urine protein(UProt),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterin(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterin(LDL-C) and the index of hemorheology as well as the clinical effect.Results There was a significant difference between control group and treatment group in all the figures and index(P0.05),and the total effective rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P 0.01).Conclusion Qizhixiaozheng capsule has an obvious ther apeutic effect on early diabetic nephropathy and plays an important role in urine albumin reducing,enhancement of renal function,blood fat and hemorheology state.
