Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of modified xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of acute cold asthma.Methods 50 patients with acute cold asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group diagnosed and treated by Professor Chai Maoshan. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was treated by modified xiaoqinglong decoction, Western medicine control group was treated by routine western medicine, 7 days for a treatment cycle,the effect is observed after two treatment cycles. Results Modified Xiaoqinglong decoction is better in improving symptoms and pulmonary function. Conclusions Modified Xiaoqinglong decoction has better effect in the treatment of acute cold asthma, it is worthy of clinical application.
