Abstract

This paper introduces the concept of highway embankment,causes and characteristics,combined with Hang-Rui expressway,discusses the high embankment of mountain highway in detail.It specifically elaborates classification principles of high embankment,stability checking of high embankment,embankment foundation handling,monitoring design stability and settlement,etc.,provides some guidance for the same project design.
