Abstract

Stored in methanol+water(55∶5,v/v)at(54±1) ℃ for 7 d and 14 d,degraded rates of azadirachtin A in neem seed methanol extracts were 33.59% and 54.45%,and degraded rates of azadirachtin B in same condition were 11.96% and 21.11%.Stored at(54±1) ℃ for 7 d and 14 d,degraded rates of azadirachtin A in neem seed methanol extracts were 82.35% and 94.79%,and degraded rates of azadirachtin B in same condition were 20.32% and 54.75%.Stored at(54±1) ℃ for 14 d,degraded rates of azadirachtin A and azadirachtin B in azadirachtin powder were 90.15% and 81.85%.Stored in methanol,methanol+water(9∶1,v/v)and methanol+neem oil(9∶1,v/v) at(54±1) ℃ for 7 d,degraded rates of azadirachtin A were 29.65%,44.99% and 12.76%,and degraded rates of azadirachtin B in same condition were 19.68%,25.65% and 9.67%.Neem oil could increase stability of azadirachtin A and azadirachtin B.
