Cultural Innovation and Construction of New Cultural System with Chinese Characteristics

The objective of great cultural development and prosperity,as well as the task of the cultural innovation were put forward in Report of the 17th National People's Congress in 2007.The author points out that the goal of the cul-tural innovation is building socialist new cultural system with Chinese characteristics, and the specific ways of cultural innovation are the innovation of cultural concept,cultural strategy,cultural content,cultural management,cultural envi-ronment,and cultural talents,and so on,and discusses the intrinsical link between cultural innovation and cultural prosper-ity,building innovation-oriented country,developing productivity of the culture,developing national soft strength,strengthening vitality and dynamism of the reform.
