Abstract

Innovative talents cultivation is a systematic project,which requires long-term practice and effectual guarantees.Integrated platform,which is regarded as an important platform for disciplines construction,scientific research,teaching and the quality training,is the important basis and basic assurance of innovative talents training.For innovative talents training in new local universities,it is important to correlate with their own characteristics,take advantage of bases,and promote comprehensive platform construction.
