Abstract
Teachers' thinking relates to the development of education.From the perspective of the ontology,the nature of teachers' thinking is the experience of education which is appeared in teachers' thinking and thought.There are three things for a teacher to think,the first is to study insistently,the second is to give up some theories of education,and the third is to build his own theory.At present,the most important thing for the teacher is to keep the precious historical wealth and personal wealth.
