A Study of Teacher Culture:Review and Reflection

Teacher's cultural research is significance to teachers' development.the ultimate goal to probe into what the teacher's culture is to guide the study.However,the author find that when people asking what the teacher's culture is,essentially has covered the authentic reality of the teachers' culture.Simultaneously,because people following the route that first to find the nature and then to explain the teacher's culture,which adopt the scientific cognitive model of subject-object dichotomy in order to purchase the certainty and absolutism,which is easy to lead to cover and forgotten the real research of teacher's culture and fall into pure metaphysical speculative.
