As an important litigation right,the accused's right to apply Criminal Summary Procedure is an international standard,it is for the subject position of the defendant in Criminal Procedure,and complies with the effective idea in modern litigation.Rights of the initiating the summary procedure and requesting to alter the procedure are the basic contents of this right,also,corresponding ensure measures such as the prior information-knowing of the case and effective defending of lawyer,need to be established.This is good to enhance the human rights protection in accordance with the international trends.
