Abstract
Aim:To explore the effects of HG keli on GSH and MDA in the liver and TNF-α in the serum of hepatic fibrosis(HF) models rats.Methods:Eighty SD rats were divided into six groups.Excluding ten rats in normal control group, the other rats were injected carbon tetrar-chloride hypodermicly,simultaneously with high fat feed and 20% ethyl alcohol for six weeks to establish HF model rats. Existing rats were divided into five groups basing on sex and weight, groups added up to six goups including normal control group.All rats were given drugs or distilled water. Normal control group: distilled water 1 mL/kg;model control group:distilled water 1 mL/kg;HG Keli high,middle,low groups:6 g,3 g,1.5 g crude drug/kg;FFBJRG tablet group:1 g/kg.Trended the HF rats with drugs through tube feeding once a day for four weeks. Observed the contents of GSH and MDA in the liver and TNF-α in the serum.Results: GSH and MDA in the liver and TNF-α in the serum in model mice were significantly abnormal compared with normal group.HG Keli meliorated them obviously.Conclusion: These results suggested HG Keli can effectively cure HF model rats.
