Effects of HGKL on Serum IL-1 and IL-6 in HF Model Rats Induced by Carbon Tetrar-chloride Compounded with Other Factors

Objective To explore the effects of HGKL on serum IL-1 and IL-6 in HF model rats.Methods Seventy SD rats excluding ten rats in blank control group were injected carbon tetrar-chloride(CCl4) hypodermicly,and were fed with high fat diet and 20% ethyl alcohol for six weeks to establish HF model rats.Existing rats were devided into five groups randomly basing on sex and weight.All rats were given drugs or distilled water.Blank control group: distilled water 0.1ml/kg;model control group: distilled water 0.1 ml/kg;HGKL high,middle,low groups:6,3,1.5g crude drug/kg;FFgBJRGP group:1 g/kg,once a day for four weeks.The contents of IL-1and IL-6 in serum were detected.Results The contents of IL-1and IL-6 in model rats were significantly increased as compared with the blank group.After treatment with HGKL high,middle,low dosages,the contents of IL-1 and IL-6 in model rats were decreased markedly,so did FFBJRGP.Conclusion HGKL has obvious effect on HF model rats induced by carbon tetrar-chloride compounded with other factors.
