Abstract

In the market economy,the scale and vitality of SME is an important indication of the economic strength of a provinceCompared with coastal areas,Hubei province lags behind in the SME development,which is both an indicator and a fundamental reason of the province's weak economyTherefore,countermeasures must be earnestly sought to revitalize SMEs in Hubei province and Hubei economy
