Abstract
Henan province has become a big economy province in China.The aim is to become a big province in science and technology in the near future and lay a good foundation for the competitiveness and upgrading of industries.The sustainable development of Henan province depends on coordinated develop- ment of society,economy,science and technology,culture and environment in Henan province.
