Psychological Nursing Intervention for Patients with Respiratory Failure with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Emphysema Impact Analysis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the chronic obstructive emphysema patients with respiratory failure with the implementation of the effect of psychological nursing intervention. Methods 44 cases in our hospital patients with respiratory failure with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema as the research object, and randomly divided into psychological intervention group and routine nursing group(22 cases) and contrast analysis of two groups of patients with anxiety and depression of nursing before and after the change. Results The psychological intervention group's anxiety and depression score was significantly lower than routine nursing group(P 0.01). Conclusion For patients with respiratory failure with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema with psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve the patient's anxiety and depression, and promote the relief of symptoms.
