Abstract
The paper describes that how to use voltage scaling technology to solve the lowpower design of system-on-chip.It adopts the method of voltage scaling and voltage controlling to depress power dissipation. This objective can be achieved by using open-loop(dynamic) and closed-loop(adaptive)voltage scaling, this paper presents empirical and analytical power dissipation on SoC.
