Abstract

The extraction technology, primary purity method and decolorization method of polysaccharide from Dunaliella salina residue after β-carotene are extracted.A water immersion extraction method was adopted in this experiment, the effects of extraction temperature, extraction time, material to liquid ratio,pH value on extraction efficiency of D.salina polysaccharide were investigated. The optimal extraction condition was extraction temperature 70℃,extraction time 4 h,material to liquid ratio 30 ml/g,pH 10,under this condition, the extraction ratio was 8.63% and the polysaccharide concentration was 65.73%.The optimal precipitation condition of polysaccharide was adopted the way of once alcohol-precipitation by 100% ethanol(v/v).The deproteinizing ratio of polysaccharide extracts was 61.55% after hydrolyzed by neutral protease, its polysaccharide content is 70.96%,and the decolorization ratio was 78.66% by hydrogen peroxide.
