Abstract

Ecological civilization construction is a new policy made by CPC at the new era. It is of significance to build the ecological civilization for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and for a well-off society. Ecological civilization is also the reflection of China's scientific developmental outlook. It is a guarantee for a harmonious society and the national competitiveness.
