Abstract
Objective: To investigate Seldinger explore the peripherally inserted central catheter( PICC) of ultrasound- guided technology with the traditional technique of PICC catheter clinical effect of chemotherapy in breast cancer. Methods: 100 patients and other women with breast cancer and chemotherapy before surgery PICC line adjuvant treatment were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group improved the use of ultrasound- guided Seldinger PICC catheter technology,the control group used traditional PICC catheter technology,catheterization success rate between the two groups of patients,and the incidence of complications after catheterization comfort. Results: The experimental group catheterization success rate with 1 time and patient comfort was significantly higher,and postoperative bleeding puncture,local hematoma after catheter infection and mechanical phlebitis incidence experimental group was significantly lower than the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Ultrasound- guided modified Seldinger PICC catheter technology compared to conventional catheter technique catheterization success rate,fewer complications,reduce patient suffering,worthy of promotion.
