Treatment of Early Ectopic Pregnancy by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To analyze the effective methods of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment for early ectopic pregnancy.Method Early ectopic pregnancy was suitable for non-surgical treatment in 132 cases.One observation group,68 patients,received methotrexate(MTX) intramuscularly plus Chinese herbal soup-Huo Luo Xiao Ling Tang,and the control group,64 patients received methotrexate only,monitoring the blood β-HCG to drop tonormal,with B-ultrasonography to review the pelvic mass changes regularly.Results The cure rate in the observation group was 89.29%,in the control group 66.67%.The blood β-HCG clearance time in the observation group was shorter than the control group,the pelvic mass narrowing in the observation group was better than the control group,with significant difference.Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for early ectopic pregnancy is effective,that can improve the cure rate and shorten the course of the disease.
