Abstract

The talent,being as the most valuable resource of enterprise,plays an important role in the operational management of enterprise.Based on analyzing the present situation of enterprise's human resource management,this paper discusses some measures for strengthening enterprise's human resource management from four aspects of manpower mechanism,human resource management development plan,human resource management responsibility,and motivation mechanism.
