Abstract
An anti-corrosion Zn-Al-Re coating was prepared by the method of electric arc spraying.The salt spray test was used to accelerate the coatings corrosion.And the micro corrosion behavior and change law of Zn-Al-Re coating were investigated by SEM,XRD and electrochemical method.The results showed that the Zn-Al-Re coating was compact and well binded with the substrate.It was found that Zn-Al-Re coating generated relatively dense products after corrosion,which was useful to enhance the self-sealing function.The corrosion resistance of coating performed well.
