Abstract
The microstructure and phase composition of arc spraying Al coating, Zn coating and Al-Zn pseudo-alloy coating were investigated by using SEM, XRD and other analysis technology. The mechanical proper- ties or the three kinds or coatings and their anti-corrosion properties in organic acid environment and salt me- dium were also measured. The results indicate that the adhesive strength and corrosion-resistant property of Al coating are superior to those of Zn coating and Al-Zn pseudo-alloy coating.
