Abstract
The graduate education is the foundation on which the high-level innovative talent is cultivated.The paper discusses how to develop innovative abilities of graduate students,explores some specific ways to develop the graduate students' creative thinking and raise research and innovative competence.The paper also puts forward and experiences some effective methods of cultivating innovative talents,such as cultivating the graduates' innovative thinking,and creating a good environment for innovation etc.It also analyses some typical cases and primary results of these methods.The authors hope that the paper has certain reference meaning to the cultivating outstanding innovative talents of engineering subject.
