Abstract
Objective To study angiographic manifestations and interventional treatment of renal arteriovenous fistula. Methods Images of renal angiography in 9 patients with renal arteriovenous fistula were retrospectively analysed. Results The major feature of renal arteriovenous fistula in renal angiography were vascula deformation,arterio-venous shunt, multi-branch blood supply ect. The selective embolism of blood-supplying arteries can effective hemostasia, and the side reaction is mild. Conclusion Renal angiography is the best diagnostic method for the disease and the superselective renal arteral embolism is safe and effective for renal arteriovenous fistula.
